Being the Dean of this three-decade-old prestigious institute, it is a responsibility to uphold its place in the country's pantheon of premier dental institutions. Founded under the visionary guidance and benevolence of our beloved Founder and Chairman, Dr. S. Jagathrakshakan, our college aspires to be a leading centre of dental sciences, dedicated to enhancing oral health for our patients and providing our students with exceptional technical resources and research opportunities, thereby fostering excellence in the dental profession.

The unwavering commitment and unwavering support of our Chairperson, Dr. J. Sri Nisha, have played a pivotal role in elevating our institute to its premier position within the region. With their continued guidance, we remain dedicated to our pursuit of nurturing exceptional dentists, specialists, and researchers.

In our relentless pursuit, we aim to instil professionalism, ethics, and compassionate patient care in our students, equipping them with the necessary skills to better serve the community.

With over three decades of existence, our institute has successfully trained and graduated more than 2000 dentists. We take pride in being one of the select few institutions in the country that offer a comprehensive range of dental education opportunities, including undergraduate and postgraduate courses, as well as research avenues leading to PhD programs. Our students and researchers benefit immensely from the vast expertise and knowledge imparted by our esteemed faculty.
