IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS to the candidates allotted through centralized counseling by MCC of DGHS, New Delhi for admission to M.D.S Courses 2023-24.
Candidates who have been allotted through centralized counseling by the MCC of DGHS, New Delhi for admission to M.D.S. Degree courses in Sree Balaji Dental College and Hospital for the academic year 2022-23, are advised to report and complete the admission process strictly within the date and time specified in the ‘Allotment Letter / Counseling Schedule’ issued by the MCC of DGHS, New Delhi.

The candidates should report along with original certificates and Proof for payment of tuition and other fees preferably by Electronic Fund Transfer through RTGS. Demand Draft will also be accepted.
The candidates should bring the following certificates/documents in Original (along with 2 sets of photocopies of the same without fail):-
1. Provisional Allotment letter issued by the MCC of DGHS, New Delhi.
2. Admit Card issued by NBE (should be complete in all respects including photos and signature of candidate. Candidates with incomplete admit card will not be permitted to proceed with the admission process).
3. Result/Rank Letter of NEET-MDS 2023 issued by NBE.
4. Aadhaar Card (which will be returned after verification)
5. 10th, 11th & 12th Mark sheets
6. BDS Degree Certificate/Provisional Certificate.
7. BDS Internship Certificate.
8. Permanent Dental Council Registration Certificate issued by DCI or any State Dental Council.
9. BDS Mark Statements (First Year to Final Year).
10. BDS Consolidated Statement of marks.
11. BDS Attempt Certificate (First year to Final year).
12. BDS Transfer Certificate/Migration Certificate.
13. BDS Conduct Certificate issued by the Head of Institution last studied.
14. Community Certificate (OBC/SC/ST candidates).
15. Birth Certificate.
16. Six Passport size & Two Stamp size colour photographs (same as affixed in NEET Admit Card) and one Passport size photograph of the candidate’s Father and Mother (and of the local guardian, if applicable).
17. Any one of the identification proofs (ID Proof as mentioned in the Information Bulletin published by the National Board of Examinations. i.e., Aadhaar Card/ PAN Card/ Driving License/ Voter ID/ Passport).
18. Copy of National Academic Depository (NAD) Registration. www.nad.ndml.in
Note
i) Candidates without original certificates / documents shall not be allowed to take admission in the allotted Dental College.
ii) Candidates who have deposited their original documents with any other Institute/College/University and come for admission with a certificate stating that “their original certificates are deposited with the Institute/College/University” shall not be allowed to take admission in the allotted Dental College.
iii) Allotment letter given by DGHS for admission is subject to fulfillment of all eligibility criteria prescribed by the DCI and medical fitness of the candidates. Those who do not fulfill the prescribed eligibility criteria and not found medically fit will not be admitted to the course of study to which they are allotted by the DGHS.

General Instructions
i) If a candidate fails to report on the date and time specified by MCC of DGHS in the allotment order / counseling schedule along with the original Certificates/Documents and/or fails to pay the tuition fee by Demand Draft/Electronic Fund Transfer through RTGS with UTR No on the day of admission, he/she will not be permitted to proceed with the admission process. The vacancy arising therefrom will be duly notified to the DGHS for further action as per rules.
ii) If any candidate withdraws from the course of study in which he/she was admitted, after the expiry of the cut-off date prescribed for admission to that course of study or in mid-term and the seat is rendered vacant, the first year fee paid will be forfeited and the student will also be required to remit the ‘entire course fee’ for the remaining years of the course period.
iii) Students will be governed by all the University rules including rules for refund of fee, disciplinary rules, hostel rules and UGC/DCI Regulations for Curbing the Menace of Ragging etc.,
iv)At the time of admission, candidates should sign declaration/undertaking declaring that they shall abide by the rules and regulation of the University including anti- ragging Regulations of the UGC/DCI and observe good conduct and behavior and that they are bound by the University Rules on payment of fees/refund of fees.
The candidates are instructed to follow-up the website www.mcc.nic.in regularly for the notices/instructions issued by MCC of DGHS, Government of India, New Delhi.
