The IQAC Alumni Feedback Mechanism at Sree Balaji Dental College and Hospital is a structured quality assurance process designed to strengthen academic excellence and institutional performance. As part of Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI), alumni feedback is collected annually through online surveys, alumni meetings, and stakeholder interactions.

The Alumni Feedback System evaluates curriculum relevance, clinical training effectiveness, research exposure, employability skills, and infrastructure facilities. The collected data is systematically analyzed by IQAC and presented to academic and administrative bodies for review. Based on the feedback analysis, curriculum enrichment, value-added programs, and skill-based training initiatives are implemented.

An Action Taken Report (ATR) is prepared and documented in the Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) in alignment with NAAC accreditation criteria and NIRF ranking parameters, including Graduate Outcomes and institutional perception.
