On 28 January 2025, Sree Balaji Dental College & Hospital hosted Special Smiles ’25 at its campus as part of its continued commitment to inclusive dental care and community service. The programme focused on promoting oral health awareness and providing specialized dental screening for individuals with special healthcare needs

Faculty members, postgraduate students, interns, and volunteers actively participated in conducting comprehensive dental examinations, preventive treatments, and personalized oral hygiene instructions. The event emphasized compassionate care, early diagnosis, and the importance of regular dental visits to maintain long-term oral health. Interactive sessions and demonstrations were organized to educate caregivers on proper brushing techniques, dietary counseling, and preventive strategies.
