On 14 November 2025, Sree Balaji Dental College & Hospital conducted a comprehensive dental health awareness and screening camp at Sri Sairam Engineering College. The outreach programme was organized to promote preventive dentistry and improve oral health awareness among college students and faculty members.

A team of experienced faculty members, postgraduate students, and interns carried out detailed dental examinations to identify common oral health issues such as dental caries, periodontal diseases, and other dental concerns. Educational sessions were delivered on proper oral hygiene practices, the importance of balanced nutrition, tobacco cessation awareness, and the need for regular dental check-ups. Personalized guidance and referrals for further treatment were provided where necessary.

The camp witnessed active participation and successfully enhanced awareness about early diagnosis and preventive dental care. The initiative reinforced the institution’s commitment to community engagement, accessible oral healthcare services, and the promotion of long-term dental wellness beyond the campus.
