Greater Chennai Corporation, Citizen Feedback Drive


On 14 March 2025, Sree Balaji Dental College & Hospital hosted a Citizen Feedback Drive in collaboration with the Greater Chennai Corporation at its campus. The initiative was organized to strengthen public engagement, enhance healthcare service delivery, and gather valuable feedback from patients and visitors regarding institutional facilities and clinical services.

Officials and representatives interacted directly with patients, caregivers, students, and staff to understand their experiences and suggestions for improvement. Structured feedback mechanisms were implemented to ensure transparency, accountability, and quality enhancement in dental healthcare services. The programme emphasized patient satisfaction, infrastructure development, and continuous quality improvement in clinical and academic operations.
