A guest lecture on “Antimicrobial and Anticancer Potential of Piperlongumine Extracted from Indian Long Pepper” was organized on 24^th September 2022. The session was delivered by Dr. Laxminarayan Rawat, Post-Doctoral Research Fellow in the Division of Nephrology, Boston Children’s Hospital and Harvard Medical School, USA. The lecture highlighted the therapeutic properties of piperlongumine, focusing on its antimicrobial action and anticancer potential.
