On 16 April 2025, Sree Balaji Dental College & Hospital organized an Oral Health Awareness Competition for students at its campus. The event was conducted to encourage academic engagement, promote preventive dentistry, and enhance awareness about the importance of maintaining optimal oral hygiene.

Students actively participated in various competitions, including poster presentations, slogan writing, and oral health education activities. The programme focused on spreading awareness about dental caries prevention, gum health, proper brushing techniques, and the significance of regular dental check-ups. Faculty members evaluated the participants based on creativity, scientific accuracy, and presentation skills.
