2^nd International Virtual Conference on Neuromuscular Dentistry

The scientific event was conducted with a focus on advancing knowledge in Orofacial Pain, Neurological Wellness, and Alzheimer’s Disease Therapeutics, offering 8 CDE points to participants. A distinguished panel of international and national experts delivered insightful sessions covering a wide range of themes from dental sciences to neurodegenerative disorders.

The program featured Dr. MacLee (USA) on Joint Issues versus Muscle Issues in TMJD, Dr. Murugabaskar (USA) on Oral Health and Alzheimer’s Disease, and Dr. Iyaswami Ashok (Hong Kong) who presented on Engineered Extracellular Vesicles as a New Avenue for Precision Medicine in Alzheimer’s Disease Therapeutics. Further, Dr. Hameetha Banu Raja Mohammed Sai (USA) discussed Current Therapeutic Approaches in Alzheimer’s Disease, while Dr. Kamini Vijee Pallam (Malaysia) elaborated on Pre-clinical Assessment of Neuropsychiatric Disorders.

Adding perspectives from allied health sciences, Dr. Subramanian (India) highlighted Neurological Wellness with Physical Exercises – An Evidenced Perspective, and Dr. Abinav Vijay Hire (India) shared innovations in Neuromuscular Dentistry and the Impact of 3D Technology from Diagnosis to Treatment.
