Our mission is to develop and promote the knowledge in the field of the anatomy. Our department is committed to lay strong foundation for medical education with emphasis on clinically relevant course material so as to address a crucial need for patient care, support and medical research in basic sciences. Our department is determined promote biomedical knowledge in the field of the anatomical sciences by encompassing education and research in Gross Anatomy, Developmental Anatomy, Microscopic Anatomy & Medical Education and to share anatomical knowledge with the society. Our department provides quality and innovative teaching through expertise in the servicing of under-graduate and post-graduate programmes. We focus on making the learning environments conducive for students to achieve their goals in life.
