Applicable for Undergraduate and Postgraduate trainees

• Last date of registration & submission of abstract - 31^st October 2023. Registration & submission of abstract is to be done through google form
• The abstract should not exceed 250 words
• The font of abstract should be Times New Roman size 12
• For original research the abstract should be in IMRAD format

(Introduction, Methods, Results,Discussion)



• For case reports / case series the abstract should briefly describe the condition, treatment, and commentary

E-Poster presentation for UNDERGRADUATES can be of any category:
Case report / Case series / Original research

• One / Two students per E-poster presentation but (It is mandatory for each student to present one paper/ poster presentation as first author)
• Page setup: wide-screen 16:9 landscape mode
• The duration of the E-poster presentation will be 3 +2 minutes for discussion

Paper presentation for POSTGRADUATES can be of any category:
Case report / Case series/Original research.

• The paper presentations will have to be prepared in any version of MS PowerPoint (PPT).No other format will be accepted.
• All Video presentation must be in *.mp4 format and any video in the presentation must be embedded into the ppt.
• The duration of the presentation will be 6+2 minutes for discussion

Requirements for E-poster and Paper:

• Title of the presentation
• Registration number (College enrollment number)
• Department associated with the presentation
• Year of study

UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS CAN ALSO PARTICIPATE IN THE TABLE CLINICS (GROUP OF 6) IN EACH DISCIPLINE, APART FROM POSTER PRESENTATION

• The presentations should be loaded in a USB drive and submitted to the coordinator on the previous day of presentation.
• Standard template containing college and university logo for paper and poster presentation will be provided
