collaboration with
China Medical University, Taiwan & University Malaya, Malaysia. This collaborative scientific research conference would definitely be an insightful platform for the postgraduates to share and discuss their research findings, to exchange clinical experience and scientific ideas. We assure this conference open new avenues for collaborative research and professional development.

Guidelines for Abstract Submission
- Registration is mandatory for abstract submission.
- A descriptive research title.
- List of authors and their affiliations. The first author would be presenting author.
- Maximum word limit for abstract is 250 words.
- The abstract should follow I_M_R_D format (Introduction-Methodology-Results-Discussion).
- Font: Times New Roman. Font size: 12, Headings: UPPER CASE, Text: Sentence case. Double
spacing.
- Declaration of Conflict of Interest (if any) should be revealed.
- Postgraduates enrolled in the participating Universities can submit the abstracts of their
original research findings.
- Each participating University can nominate three posters and one oral paper of the
postgraduates for presentation in this virtual research conference.
- Oral presentation: One postgraduate research paper from each institution will be selected for the live oral presentation in the conference.
Time limit for oral presentation is 8 min.An additional 2 min for Q & A
- Poster presentation: Record the presentation using the “https://screenpal.com/” app. PDF of
the E-poster along with a 3-minutes presentation (self-recorded narrative video) should be emailed to sbdchvirtual@gmail.com via https://wetransfer.com/. Poster PDFs will be published
and viewable @ www.sbdch.ac.in during and immediately after the event. Time limit for poster
presentation is 3 min. Each poster must have a unique presenter.
- The oral /poster presenter is requested to login at least 15 min before their presentation.
- The presenter is requested to ensure proper internet connectivity.
